First time in and will definitely be back. Prices are a little higher than the other Mexican restaurants in cookeville, however with the quality and atmosphere it’s definitely worth the few extra dollars! Great salsa and chips while you wait for your food. HUGE menu selection, even a great vegetarian selection which was nice to see. Will return!

Rey is an amazing owner. I really loved the food and the wonderful hospitality that was given. The food was so good and the drinks were amazing . I have lived here in Cookeville for about 5 years and this is the first time at Rey’s. I had the best experience at his restaurant and I will definitely be going back. The servers are amazing as well. Me and my family went for Mother’s Day and everyone enjoyed their self’s and said they will go back as well. Thank you so much Rey for the great hospitality. This was the greatest Mexican authentic food I’ve had in a long time. Also they have a patio which is relaxing and really nice area to enjoy your food.

First time dining at Rey’s! The server was so nice and checked on us often. Food was delicious! I got the steak enchiladas and my fiancé got the steak fajita quesadilla. The cheese dip and salsa were so good as well! We were content with this restaurant! 😊 oh and the margaritas were amazing! 🤩 I got the passion fruit and my fiancé got the blackberry frozen!
